DJ RoMan — DJ & Producer in Luxembourg

I’m DJ RoMan (Roman Mozgovyi), a Luxembourg-based DJ and producer creating melodic, rhythm-driven electronic music.

I grew up in a musical family—my father was a drummer—and developed a strong connection with rhythm from an early age. Over the years, I learned to play drums, piano, guitar, flute, and accordion. My studies at music college gave me a solid musical foundation, while professional DJ training helped me translate that knowledge into contemporary electronic music and live performance.

Musical Style

My sound brings together traditional musicianship and modern electronic production. I work primarily with House, Progressive House, and Afro House, combining driving rhythms, expressive melodies, and layered arrangements.

Afro House has become a particularly important influence. Its organic percussion and hypnotic grooves bring movement and intensity to my sets, while Progressive House allows me to build atmosphere and develop a musical journey over time.

Approach to Sound

A DJ set is not simply a sequence of tracks. It must respond to the venue, the audience, and the energy of the moment.

My experience as a musician and sound engineer helps me understand how sound behaves in different spaces. I adapt each performance to the setting, balancing rhythm, dynamics, and clarity to create an immersive experience that feels natural rather than forced.
